Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are a service-based company, and therefore, all payments made for our services are non-refundable.

Once a service has been purchased or the work has been initiated, the payment cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another service.

Customers are advised to review the service details, scope of work, pricing, and terms carefully before making any payment.

Service Cancellation

If a customer wishes to cancel a service after placing an order or after work has commenced, no refund will be provided for any amount already paid.

Service Modifications

Any modifications or revisions to the service will be handled according to the agreed scope of work. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, the company may, at its sole discretion, consider a request regarding a payment or service. Any such consideration will be decided on a case-by-case basis and shall not create an obligation to provide a refund.
